Important Information
ARE ALL PUZZLES SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes. All of our puzzles have family-friendly versions. Please specify when booking if you require a family-friendly experience. Please supervise young children and never leave them alone while our puzzles are in your care.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?
We are located in Amherst, Nova Scotia. Delivery and pick-up are included within 30km of Amherst. A delivery fee will be added outside of this area pending availability.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You will book a date and time online through our booking system. Gather your team and clear a table so you have room for the puzzle. Our staff will arrive at the appointed time and set up the puzzle. You must leave the room temporarily while we set up the puzzle. We will leave instructions for the puzzle as well as hint details, then the timer begins and our staff leaves you to work away at the puzzle. Two hours later we will return to pick up the puzzle.
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE?
Our delivery team will return to pack up the puzzle 2 hours after dropping it off.
CAN I GET A HINT?
Yes! We know you are smart, but sometimes you get stumped and need some guidance. We will provide you with our tiered hint system with the puzzle.
